Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Carriers may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Renaia is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Renaia is not responsible for loss, theft, or delays. Customers must contact the carrier for resolution.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees. Renaia is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.
Order Changes
Address changes are only possible before an order ships. Once shipped, modifications cannot be made.
Shipping Restrictions
Some destinations may be unavailable due to carrier limitations or regulations. Certain items may not be eligible for international delivery.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to Renaia as undeliverable or refused, reshipping fees may apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
