Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A valid proof of purchase is required.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• Free of wear, marks, stains, or odors
• Returned with all original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or discounted products
• Gift cards
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service. Renaia is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Approval is based on condition. Returns that do not meet our requirements may be denied.
Exchanges
Renaia does not offer exchanges. Please submit a return and place a new order if you need a different item.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days after inspection for the refund to process.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are not refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Defects or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Photo documentation may be required for review and approval.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Customs duties, import taxes, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Verification
All returns must match our order records. Renaia reserves the right to refuse returns that appear excessive, suspicious, or inconsistent with our policy.
